Based in Nigeria, Pisces Offshore is a 100% indigenous Nigerian company that aims to be the partner of choice for clients who share our vision in promoting Nigerian content to the benefit of Nigerian economy.
Supporting the offshore Oil & Gas sector is the primary objective of Pisces Offshore. Moreover, being domiciled in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Pisces Offshore is able to offer flexible solutions without compromising on high standards of quality, health, safety, security, environmental protection and professionalism.

Pisces Offshore - Truly Nigerian
Lolu Jubril Sodeinde is the Managing Director at Pisces Offshore Limited. He is a maritime and offshore services professional based in Nigeria. He serves as a Director at multiple companies, including Pisces Offshore Ltd (since October 2013), SeaTeam Offshore Ltd (since June 2013), and Aerial Robotix UAV Services Ltd, where he holds the position of Executive Director (since May 2016). Previously, he was a Director at West Coast Shipping Line Ltd for nearly 12 years.
Lolu has shaped SeaTeam Offshore to become an integrated Indigenous provider of offshore support vessels and subsea services in Nigeria, operating with international standards. Similarly, at Pisces Offshore, he works to establish the company as Nigeria’s premier survey positioning company, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective surveys and efficient data reporting.
Academically, Lolu holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Westminster University (2000-2001) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middlesex University (1996-1999). He also attended Cranleigh School from 1986 to 1995.

Jason Hurter -
Director
Jason Hurter leads the business development, project management, and client engagement functions at Pisces Offshore Ltd, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic direction. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping him with a strong foundation in both legal and commercial aspects of the industry. A proud Nigerian citizen, Jason is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions to leading oil and gas clients, including Shell, Chevron, and ExxonMobil. His leadership has been instrumental in securing and executing a wide range of projects—spanning geophysical surveys, pipeline inspections, and more—both within Nigeria and across other West African nations.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Jason has played a significant role in nurturing the next generation of professionals in Nigeria’s survey and geomatics sector. Through mentorship, training initiatives, and collaboration with academic institutions, he has actively contributed to the development of graduates, helping bridge the gap between education and industry practice.
He has also cultivated enduring partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations. By leveraging his expertise in oil and gas operations, surveying technologies, and business strategy, Jason continues to contribute to the growth, innovation, and reputation of Pisces Offshore Ltd.
Augustine Oguoma -
CFO
Augustine Oguoma is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Pisces Offshore Limited, Seateam, and Workships Africa Limited—a position he has held since 2002. He began his career with the company as the Head of Accounts and Administration, bringing a strong foundation in financial management and leadership. Augustine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, as well as an MBA in Accounting. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), reflecting his professional qualifications and credibility in the financial sector. With over two decades of experience at Workships Africa Limited, Augustine is recognized as a seasoned finance professional within Nigeria’s corporate sector.
Kolawole Adeniji -
Operations Manager
Kolawole Adeniji is the Operations Manager at Pisces Offshore Limited, Nigeria, with over 13 years of experience in marine survey operations. A geophysicist and data processor by training, Kolawole specializes in the acquisition, processing, and interpretation of marine geophysical data, including side scan sonar, sub-bottom profiler, magnetometer, bathymetry, and seismic data. He is also proficient in map production and marine charting.
He holds a Master of Science in Geophysics from the University of Lagos (2015–2017) and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University (2005–2009). He is also currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Geophysics. He is a certified HYPACK 2013 Hydrographer.
In addition to his technical skills, Kolawole has solid experience in project management, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures, and client communications for offshore survey projects. Prior to joining Pisces Offshore Limited, he held geophysical data processing roles at Coastal Marine Construction & Engineering Limited and Brone Positioning & Survey Ltd.
